ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Select Sign Up - Vertical  Menu Tab or Product/Services-Top Menu Tab option to access the purchase option page.

2. After selecting and purchasing a product or service, return to web site and register. In order to register  you may select the register tab located in the vertical menu or from the top menu under Directions and follow the provided instructions.

3. If you are sending a video, your video footage may be stored on VHS, CD-ROM, DVD, Hi 8, Mini Digital Video tapes. Provide your chosen highlights or we will select video highlights and arrange your film according to the package options you selected, (Videos will not be returned). Also, include your JERSEY NUMBER, POSITION, AND TEAM COLORS. Mail required items to Mpact Exposure PO Box 2054, Mableton GA. 30126

 4. Once all Athlete Information and payment has been received please allow two weeks for delivery of product. However, you will have immediate access to create your personal bio on the website once confirmation as been received.

5. Please use the provided recruit info form to gather required information to create your bio. The recruit info form may be down loaded and printed or submitted by email to sales@mpactexposure.com.
