MPACT-EXPOSURE is the result and vision of Mr. Russell Clay, who realized the need for educating parents and student athletes in the college recruiting process from a personal experience. Mr. Clay noticed his daughter was not being heavily recruited by colleges although she had demonstrated excellent basketball skills. Therefore, Mr. Clay began to develop a way through video productions in order to help his daughter become recognized by college coaches. . Consequently, his daughter was considered for recruitment by the following colleges; University of Kentucky, Georgia State University, Kansas State University, University of Colorado, Pensacola Jr. College, and University of Texas at El Paso. Due to his commitment and dedication, his daughter was awarded a scholarship to p1ay basketball at the University of Texas at El Paso. After hearing the proven success of Mr. Clay's daughter, parents began to ask for assistance with helping their child gain national exposure for college recruitment. Taking into consideration the concept and watching the process evolve, Mr. Clay realized the need for both the parent and Student athlete. There is a huge void which had to be filled due to misinformation concerning NCAA Recruiting Guidelines.
